Job Description
Sr. IT Project Manager managing and delivering IT projects in a remote capacity for OpenLoop. Responsible for scaling, securing systems, and improving healthcare delivery via technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Meet regularly with team members to keep them on track and remove roadblocks.
- Establish and track measurable metrics for ongoing projects.
- Report project progress, milestones, and risks to leadership.
- Facilitate standups, retrospectives, and IT team updates.
- Support directors and team leads in prioritizing initiatives and managing dependencies.
- Promote accountability, transparency, and clear communication across the IT organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT, engineering, or technical projects.
- Proven track record of leading technology teams to successful project delivery.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, support operations, and system lifecycles is preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience managing projects in healthcare, tech startups, M&A integrations, or regulated environments.
