Job Description
IT Project Manager leading technology initiatives focused on AI and SaaS products at CIAL Dun & Bradstreet. Managing projects from planning to execution with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate IT and SaaS-related projects using Agile methodologies
- Support initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions
- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Work closely with engineering, product, data, and business teams
- Utilize tools such as Linear for project tracking and workflow management
- Monitor project performance and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency through technology
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Project Management, Technical Project Management, or similar roles
- Experience working with SaaS products and technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with AI-related projects, automation initiatives, or emerging AI technologies
- Experience using project management tools such as Linear and/or Jira
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Fluent Portuguese communication skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
