Job Description
IT QA Analyst responsible for designing and executing test cases for software projects in Brazil. Collaborating with international teams and contributing to QA improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business and technical requirements for assigned initiatives.
- Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases (manual and automated).
- Prepare and condition test data and ensure test execution readiness.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests and document results.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and project teams.
- Provide regular status updates on test progress, risks, and issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
- Collaborate with international teams and vendors across multiple systems.
- Contribute to QA process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in agile and international project environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Working experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Basic to intermediate experience with test automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
