Job Description
IT Solutions Engineer automating identity, device, HR, and SaaS systems for Finom’s European fintech platform. Building secure integrations, access workflows, and endpoint automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning across high-volume applications
- Implement birthright roles and HiBob-driven joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
- Integrate HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS systems using REST APIs, SCIM, webhooks, and n8n
- Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud
- Own SSO application integrations and troubleshoot provisioning and authentication issues
- Build security automations for local admin removal and least-privilege enforcement
- Contribute to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 initiatives
- Administer Jira Service Management, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion
- Configure JSM workflows, request types, forms, and automations
- Build and test JumpCloud MDM policies, profiles, and scripts for Windows and macOS zero-touch deployment
- Manage software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale
- Monitor logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and implement cost-saving changes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, automation flows, and API maps
- Lead smaller technical projects from requirements through delivery
- Provide technical guidance to the team and collaborate with Security, People Ops, and DevOps
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering
- Hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments
- Strong IAM experience with JumpCloud or a comparable IdP, including SSO, SCIM, and SAML
- Experience configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues
- Strong MDM/UEM experience with JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf
- Experience creating profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
- Experience integrating multiple systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM
- Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform
- Proficiency administering Google Workspace or M365
- Experience with ITSM tools, ideally Jira Service Management
- Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced use of AI tools for troubleshooting, drafting automations, and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2, and SaaS governance tooling is a strong plus
- Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS-driven automation is a strong plus
- Experience with Tequipy or similar hardware lifecycle tooling is a strong plus
- Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments is a strong plus
- ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification, or willingness to certify, are a strong plus
