Job Description
IT Solutions Engineer automating identity, endpoint, and SaaS infrastructure for Finom’s all-in-one financial platform. Building secure integrations and lifecycle workflows across internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across applications
- Implement birthright roles and HiBob-driven joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
- Integrate HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate using REST APIs, SCIM, and n8n
- Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud
- Own SSO application integrations and troubleshoot provisioning and authentication issues
- Build security and compliance automations for local-admin removal and least-privilege enforcement, contributing to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts
- Administer Jira Service Management, including workflows, request types, forms, and automations, alongside Atlassian, Slack, and Notion
- Build and test JumpCloud MDM policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch Windows and macOS deployment via Apple Business Manager
- Manage software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale
- Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities
- Implement license reclamation and other budget-optimization flows
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, automation flows, and API maps
- Lead smaller technical projects end to end and provide technical guidance to the team
- Collaborate with Security, People Ops, DevOps, and the Solutions Engineer on end-to-end solutions
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering
- Hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments
- Strong IAM experience with JumpCloud or a comparable IdP for SSO, SCIM, and SAML
- Experience configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues
- Strong MDM/UEM experience with JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf
- Experience creating endpoint profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM, and n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform
- Proficiency administering Google Workspace or M365
- Experience with ITSM tools, ideally Jira Service Management
- Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced use of AI tools for troubleshooting, drafting automations, and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2, and SaaS governance/management tooling is a strong plus
- Experience with HRIS-driven automation such as HiBob and hardware lifecycle tooling such as Tequipy is a strong plus
- Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments is a strong plus
- ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification, or willingness to certify, is a strong plus
