Job Description
JAG Team Leader coordinating student services, employer partnerships, and career specialists for Forward Service Corporation’s Wisconsin youth employment programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate JAG programs consistent with Forward Service Corporation and JAG National goals, policies, and procedures
- Implement program services, technical assistance, program monitoring, and evaluation
- Provide direct student services by identifying, recruiting, and instructing students with multiple barriers to grade progression, graduation, or transition to careers
- Supervise JAG Career Specialists
- Develop employer relationships within the community
- Provide appropriate curriculum and ensure students achieve specific JAG competencies through classroom instruction
- Recruit JAG-eligible students through qualified sources
- Oversee recruitment of eligible individuals within required target populations to achieve program standards
- Market employment programs for JAG students to private and public employers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with school personnel and Advisory Committee members
- Position runs from 12/1/2026 through 3/31/2027
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) plus years’ work-related experience with supervisory responsibilities and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred
- Home office is remote in Wisconsin
- Travel throughout the state is required
