Job Description

Clinical Applications Team Leader overseeing Women’s Health Ultrasound solutions while mentoring a regional team. Driving growth and technical support through collaboration with sales representatives and clinical education leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned territory while mentoring and supporting the regional Clinical Applications team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Leader on daily scheduling, team development, and customer support.
  • Partner with Direct Sales Representatives and Dealer Partners to drive growth for Samsung Women’s Health Ultrasound.
  • Enhance team performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support organizational objectives.
  • Act as a mentor and point of escalation for clinical application support across the region.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and real-time coaching during demonstrations, installations, and customer interactions.
  • Assist in identifying skill development opportunities for the team.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of new team members.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Education Leaders to guide and mentor new Clinical Application Specialists.
  • Strategically plan and execute demonstrations and installations that differentiate the product line.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS preferred, RDMS required, Fetal Echo registry preferred.
  • 5-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in MFM, Ob/Gyn and Fetal Echo applications required.
  • Skilled in 2D, 3D and Color Doppler across applications.
  • Experience supporting Women’s Health Commercial Market.
  • Prior commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist preferred.
  • Strong market knowledge and competitive mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to perform clinical and product training to all levels of customers.
  • Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills required.
  • Must be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervision.
  • Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
