Job Description
Junior AI Developer at BenGen responsible for driving innovation in AI-centric projects. Collaborating with teams to build machine learning models and solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Innovation: Take ownership of AI-centric projects from conceptualization to deployment, helping BenGen stay ahead of the curve.
- Build & Experiment: Develop, test, and refine machine learning models and LLM-based applications using the latest frameworks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product and engineering leads to integrate AI features into our core offerings.
- Optimize & Scale: Analyze model performance and help scale AI solutions to reach our global user base.
- Continuous Learning: Stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, bringing new tools and methodologies to the BenGen toolkit.
Requirements:
- Recent Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Curiosity: Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models like GPT-4 or Gemini.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You don't just see bugs; you see puzzles that need an elegant solution.
- Bias for Action: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and prefer "shipping" over over-analyzing.
