Job Description
Junior Consultant role focused on digitalizing municipal administrations with client collaboration, process optimization, and user training in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Implement digitalization initiatives for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team
- Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the associated specialist departments
- Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners
- Train users after software implementation
- Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding by a designated mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training, and conferences
- Strong team spirit and an independent area of responsibility
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, or Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d)
- Basic accounting knowledge is desirable
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Experience in project management (ideally through internships or working student positions)
- Desire for continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent working style, high self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good written and spoken German skills
