Job Description

Customer Success Manager focusing on onboarding and empowering French customers for Sendcloud's e-commerce shipping platform. Role involves cross-functional collaboration to optimize customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable and activate customers during their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption. Provide excellent onboarding through calls, meetings or e-mails.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and surface them to our commercially focused team for follow-up.
  • Manage high-volume customer portfolio, with the goal to improve retention.
  • Serve as a key connector across teams: With Sales: ensure seamless onboarding and customer handover. With Marketing: support campaigns, launch new features, and host webinars. With Customer Support: step in on escalations involving feature enablement or complex setups. With Product: be the voice of the customer—relay insights and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience as Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Commercially driven mindset—experience with upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting.
  • Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges.
  • Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus.
  • You’re based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.
