Job Description
Junior Financial Analyst supporting Drummond’s accounting, legal, and consulting services for Brazil and U.S. clients. Managing payables, receivables, reconciliations, cash flow, and monthly closings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial routines for multiple clients
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Prepare and monitor cash flow
- Perform monthly financial closing
- Issue invoices and handle tax withholding processes
- Support international and U.S.-based clients
- Manage multiple priorities, clients, and deadlines
- Collaborate with different teams
- Provide customer service and communicate with clients in English
- Support financial closing processes for multiple companies
- Contribute to process improvement and financial process automation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in financial routines
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and monthly financial closing
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients verbally and in writing
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and Pivot Tables
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of invoice issuance and tax withholding processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and accountable approach to work
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Experience in financial, accounting, or professional services BPO environments is nice to have
- Experience supporting international or U.S.-based clients is nice to have
- Experience with financial/ERP systems such as NetSuite, Omie, Conta Azul, or similar platforms is nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Google Workspace is nice to have
- Experience handling financial closing processes for multiple companies is nice to have
- Experience with invoicing and financial routines related to international operations is nice to have
- Basic knowledge of accounting and tax processes is nice to have
- Experience with process improvement or financial process automation is nice to have
- Experience working in high-volume environments with multiple simultaneous demands is nice to have
