Job Description
Junior IT Analyst joining KOHO in a remote-first role offering technical support. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining IT operations while enabling effective team collaboration remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting across all company systems, applications, and hardware
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues for end-users with minimal supervision
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Maintaining and documenting IT processes, procedures, and solutions
- Collaborating with team members to implement new tools
- Proactively identifying potential technical issues and implementing preventive solutions
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Staying current with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and effective independently
- Strong communication skills to non-technical users
- Adaptable and open to change
- Customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented and importance of documentation
- Foundational IT knowledge and eagerness to deepen expertise across technologies
- Nice to have: Experience with macOS, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Slack
