Job Description
Project Manager leading ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing rollouts for European retail clients. Coordinating end-to-end delivery across customers, internal teams, and supply-chain stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for product and service solution implementations from close of sale through customer support handoff
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for complex, high-visibility projects, including ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations
- Coordinate supply chain solution rollouts across the customer network
- Create and maintain project work schedules
- Track customer requirements and translate requests into key deliverables
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and monitor workflow requirements
- Ensure project timelines and quality expectations are consistently met
- Direct clear communication between internal teams and external customers
- Prioritize project needs and manage available resources
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement and positive organizational change
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Full professional fluency in German and English
- Project Management experience in an ERP ecosystem
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Preferred: Project Management experience in the retail supply chain ecosystem
- Preferred: Understanding of processes and/or services for issue identification and idea generation/evaluation
- Preferred: Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization
- Preferred: Ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel
- Preferred: Track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects in the retail supply chain ecosystem
- Preferred: Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs
