Job Description
Junior Project Manager supporting CEO initiatives and executing high-priority projects across Boundless Life. Involved in market research, MVP tests, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO and leadership team on high-priority strategic and operational projects
- Drive special projects from idea through execution, follow-up, and reporting
- Help design, launch, and test MVPs across product, operations, education, community, growth, and new business lines (e.g., premium offerings, new service tiers, pilot programs)
- Coordinate across teams and external partners to keep projects moving fast and unblock bottlenecks
- Conduct market research, customer research, competitor analysis, and lightweight business analysis
- Build simple project plans, timelines, dashboards, and status updates — keeping things lean and actionable, not bureaucratic
- Track key metrics, gather feedback, and turn learnings into clear recommendations
- Create processes, documents, and playbooks as new initiatives are validated
- Bring structure, speed, and follow-through to areas that are still being figured out
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, startups, product, business analysis, or similar roles
- Strong bias for action — you default to doing, not over-planning
- Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a loosely defined brief and turn it into a structured plan
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Highly proactive and resourceful — you don't wait to be told every next step
- Able to manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic performance tracking
- Curious about testing new ideas and learning quickly from results
- Bonus Points: Startup experience, experience with no-code / low-code tools, AI tools, or lightweight prototyping, experience supporting founders or senior executives, exposure to product launches, operations rollouts, or growth experiments, background in travel, hospitality, education, or marketplace/platform businesses, international mindset and comfort working across cultures and time zones.
Benefits:
- Fully remote – work from anywhere, on your own schedule
- Get exposure across strategy, operations, product, growth, and innovation
- Be part of a fast-growing company building something category-defining for families worldwide
- Take on real ownership early in your career
- Help shape new ideas from 0 to 1, not just maintain existing systems
- Opportunity to experience Boundless Life programs and destinations firsthand
- Travel perks – discounts on Boundless cohorts at our global locations
