Job Description
Junior Sales Associate supporting outbound and inbound sales activities for business growth. Engaging with prospects and assisting with lead management in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and respond professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Build rapport with potential clients and clearly explain our services
- Update and manage lead information in the CRM
- Support the sales team with scheduling calls, follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate information
Requirements:
- Must be based in the National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Strong communication skills in English
- Positive attitude, coachable, and willing to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous sales, customer service, or call-handling experience is a plus but not required******
