Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Structure, organize, and optimize data management in Salesforce CRM
- Manage, maintain, and structure the CRM database, including creating and updating fields and monitoring the pipeline
- Ensure the hygiene and accuracy of sales data, supporting deal tracking and updates
- Support Sales teams in using the CRM effectively by answering questions and providing guidance on workflows and processes
- Conduct initial analyses of the sales funnel and conversion rates
- Extract reports using Excel or Google Sheets to identify opportunities and propose improvement hypotheses
- Provide systems support for contract management
- Collaborate on organizing Sales Operations workflows and routines
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools critically to optimize analyses and operational routines
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of or familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- Ability to perform basic sales data analyses, interpret metrics, and prepare reports in Excel or Google Sheets
- Organized and curious, with the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a self-starter mindset
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience—including internships or apprenticeships—in operational or administrative activities within Sales or Commercial Intelligence teams
- Basic knowledge of process automation or tool integrations for CRM optimization
- Intermediate English proficiency for reading and understanding systems documentation
- Practical use and application of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms
