Job Description

Talent Acquisition Junior supporting recruitment processes at Way2 Technology with a humanized and collaborative approach. Engaging in cultural and developmental initiatives while focusing on the candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes with autonomy, from profile alignment to process completion, always focusing on the candidate experience.
  • Assess candidate competencies according to the profile of each role and Way2 guidelines.
  • Actively contribute to assessing cultural fit with Way2, supporting stages and practices aligned with expected values and behaviors.
  • Partner with leaders and internal teams, serving as a reference in conducting agile, human-centered selection processes aligned with each role's competencies and Way2's culture.
  • Maintain transparent and empathetic communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Monitor, organize, and update recruitment and people metrics, contributing to analyses and decision-making.
  • Collaboratively support other HR analysts across subsystems such as organizational culture, people development, and HR administration.
  • Support the creation of reports, controls, and analyses using Excel spreadsheets and Power BI.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and People Management processes, always focusing on quality, experience, culture, and data.

Requirements:

  • Degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Experience with ATS tools (applicant tracking systems).
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Interest in learning and supporting Culture and Development initiatives; prior experience in these areas is not required.
  • Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and an interest in data analysis and People Analytics.
  • Previous experience in technology companies.
  • Must reside in the Greater Florianópolis area.
