Job Description
Klaviyo Specialist driving email marketing excellence and e-commerce optimization for a growing consumer goods brand. Collaboration and advanced automation in email marketing are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive email marketing excellence and optimize e-commerce operations**
- Develop sophisticated marketing flows and analyze campaign performance**
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency**
- Manage Shopify backend administration and merchandising optimization**
- Integrate and optimize TikTok Shop functionality
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, including complex flow creation, segmentation strategy, and automation optimization
- Experience building comprehensive email marketing ecosystems beyond standard abandoned cart and welcome flows
- Mid- to senior-level experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce marketing
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing the Shopify backend, including product organization for 250+ SKUs
- Strong understanding of Shopify product listings, collections, tags, filters, and site structure
- Experience setting up and integrating TikTok Shop with e-commerce platforms
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration with U.S.-based marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
