Job Description
Land Development Project Manager overseeing the delivery of data center real estate for cloud infrastructure. Coordinating with multiple teams to manage land development projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery and pre-positioning of data center real estate for cloud infrastructure
- Coordination across Land Acquisition, Engineering and Design, Utility, Fiber, Environmental, and Construction Teams
- Drive cross-team delivery in review, due diligence, design, and entitlement/permitting phases of projects
- Establish appropriate delivery teams and manage development challenges across projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years minimum direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development
- 5 years minimum experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJ’s and utility districts
- 5 years minimum direct working experience with core Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Fluency in business English
