Job Description
Large Loss Contents Property Adjuster inspecting large loss property claims for Allstate. Collaborating with data analytics and negotiating settlements for home insurance claims full time.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer’s home to inspect large loss contents claims.
- Handle escalated claims files that have complex contents.
- Conduct a thorough coverage investigation of the loss.
- Communicate empathetically with customers to help them through their claim process.
- Negotiate claim settlements according to business unit standards.
- Use data and analytics to influence decision making.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience using estimating software like Xactimate for complex contents estimating.
- 3+ years of experience handling large loss property contents.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Clear and professional communication – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
