Job Description

Analista Pleno de Conteúdo at CI&T, working on brand narrative and communication strategy. Combining content, branding, and AI tools for a global outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute internal and external communication content, ensuring consistency with CI&T’s strategy and brand voice.
  • Produce high-quality copy for multiple formats and channels, including articles, social media posts, scripts, corporate communications, executive materials and thought leadership content.
  • Support the development and rollout of communication plans, defining key messages, audiences, channels and success metrics.
  • Translate complex topics in technology, AI and digital transformation into clear, engaging narratives tailored to each audience.
  • Work cross-functionally with branding, content, media, design, analytics and global stakeholders to ensure editorial excellence across digital initiatives.
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, writing, editing, tone adaptation and content repurposing, while maintaining accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
  • Review and edit own and third-party content, ensuring quality, clarity, correctness and adherence to CI&T’s style guide.
  • Support global corporate communication initiatives, campaigns, launches and internal engagement activities.
  • Contribute to channel management and editorial calendars by organizing briefs and production workflows.
  • Monitor content performance, connecting editorial outputs to engagement, search visibility and LLMs (SEO/GEO) and to business objectives.
  • Keep up with trends in communication, content and the use of AI in editorial production, providing recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in content production and communications, preferably in global, enterprise, agency or technology company environments.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a strong command of Portuguese and English — including advanced written and spoken English for brand deliverables and executive materials.
  • Experience planning internal and external communications and developing key messages.
  • Knowledge of and affinity for generative AI tools applied to content generation, review and optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, consistent narratives tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, design and technology teams.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset, with a focus on experimentation and continuous learning.
