Job Description
LLC Analyst II assisting Financial Professionals with commissions, contracting, and operational solutions. Focusing on seamless, efficient experiences using knowledge of systems and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Financial Professionals
- Process commission adjustments and other transactions
- Collaborate with peers to resolve issues affecting Financial Professionals
- Leverage knowledge of Penn Mutual product and systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- College degree or equivalent work experience
