Job Description

Lead Consultant overseeing complex HTA projects for healthcare clients in Life Sciences consulting team. Mentor junior consultants while driving business development and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple HTA consulting projects, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Manage large and complex engagements, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and providing strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights to support reimbursement, pricing, and market access strategies.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities, writing proposals, and participating in client presentations and industry events.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and sharing best practices in HTA and evidence generation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the direction of the healthcare consulting practice, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies that influence healthcare decision-making and market access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences consulting, with a strong focus on HTA, HEOR, or market access.
  • Proven experience leading large and complex HTA projects and acting as the primary client contact.
  • Strong understanding of HTA processes, frameworks, and payer evidence requirements across major European markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate cost-effectiveness model results and strategic HTA recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in business development, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
