Job Description
Lead Product Designer defining design at getquin, a wealth platform. Transforming user experience and taking ownership of design direction.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of design at getquin
- Define design direction and establish user research and validation processes
- Transform the app into something users love
- Collaborate with the CEO & product team on the product's design
- Elevate & unify the existing product and shape new product areas
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of product design experience and a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of features or products
- Experience leading projects or small teams
- Strong in user research, including executing interviews and usability tests
- Solid UX and visual design skills, including information architecture and polished UI
- Experience with top mobile-first consumer products
- Data-informed, comfortable using analytics and qualitative insights
- Some experience in marketing and brand design
- Able to communicate effectively with non-designers
- Genuine interest in the latest technologies, particularly AI
- Ready to take on more ownership and responsibility
