Job Description
Learning Experience Designer responsible for developing effective learning experiences at FreedomCare. Join the team to enhance caregiver and employee training and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering scalable, high-impact learning solutions
- Partnering closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate operational needs
- Applying adult learning principles and behavior change strategies
- Supporting and enabling training delivery
- Defining success metrics and evaluating learning effectiveness
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining a centralized inventory of learning assets
- Utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related role
- Experience designing both virtual and instructor-led training programs
- Strong experience developing e-learning, multimedia content, and structured curricula
- Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments; healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience creating multimedia content (video, audio, interactive learning)
- Understanding of SCORM/xAPI and learning analytics
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and knowledge management platforms is a plus
- Experience leveraging AI tools for content development or workflow optimization is highly desirable
