Job Description
Proposal Analyst in business development team crafting winning responses to RFPs. Collaborating with subject matter experts and managing proposal documentation actively.
Responsibilities:
- Works with delivery organizations and business development to craft responses to RFP requirements
- Develops and authors personnel resumes in response to RFP requirements
- Collaborates closely with proposed candidates to gather detailed input
- Prepares required plans such as quality plans, small business participation plans, etc.
- Interviews subject matter experts to derive content and produce compliant proposal sections
- Participates in color team reviews and offers recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proposal writing and editing experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the federal proposal environment
- Strong understanding of the business development lifecycle
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and compelling content
- Prior working experience with the Virtual Proposal Center (VPC) or other online proposal development tools such as SharePoint is preferable
- Bachelor’s degree required
- APMP or Shipley training preferred
