Job Description

Benefits Analyst supporting clients' inquiries and implementing benefit solutions for a diverse, global clientele. Collaborating across teams while ensuring compliance with in-country regulations and enhancing client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and resolve client inquiries and actively work with clients to ensure their needs are being met in a timely manner
  • Participates in identifying, implementing and supporting process improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining benefit processes and related documentation
  • Manage assigned client base ensure key metrics and SLAs are adhered to while offering a consultative, knowledgeable service
  • Maintain timely and effective KPI and business reporting using meaningful output that provides an analytical view to stakeholders
  • Assist and support benefits projects using effective analytical skills to improve benefits offerings in line with business goals & financial objectives
  • Analyse and evaluate clients' needs based on history to determine where opportunities may exist to offer the best benefit options for their situation
  • Collaborate with Benefits consultants, HR teams and external partners to streamline our approach to the management of benefits
  • Maintain working knowledge of in country regulations to keep up to date on compliance and legislative changes related to benefits
  • Maintain and update processes and related documentation
  • Communicate complex information to educate clients’ employees on their benefit options and exclusions
  • Assist with routine and periodic process audits
  • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements; communications and working with vendors as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Sound knowledge benefits processing
  • Flexibility to support either APAC or EMEA shifts
  • Exceptional communication skills can communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, leadership and others to create a result driven, team-oriented environment
  • Multi-language skills a plus
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor's Degree relative to support or other relevant qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines and prioritize key activities and deliverables.
