Job Description

Lead UI/UX Designer creating responsive user interfaces for data-intensive applications in Supply Chain and AI projects. Seeking a self-motivated, experienced designer for agile development.

Responsibilities:

  • Create world-class responsive user interfaces and visual designs from concept to execution for desktop solutions and mobile applications;
  • Work in an agile manner in support of business goals;
  • Participate in and facilitates UX design workshops with stakeholders;
  • Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes;
  • Conduct concept testing/usability testing and results analysis;
  • Support engineers to develop compelling user experiences from beginning to end;
  • Translate interaction wireframes into visual designs that are visually engaging, simple and intuitive;
  • Have willingness to be fearless about driving innovative ideas and finding powerful ways to communicate them;
  • Participate in Discovery and hand over the outputs to the project team;
  • Maintain documentation to keep track of decisions made and data behind them;
  • Present information architecture, UX solutions, and prototypes in concise, tailored to the audience manner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years professional UX experience;
  • Solid experience with data-intensive applications (dashboards, reports, analytic tools);
  • You are self-motivated and passionate about solving complex problems;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can defend your design decisions using best practice and UCD principles in your rational;
  • You have experience with rapid prototyping and agile development;
  • You have solid experience in responsive design and pattern library development;
  • You have a strong portfolio featuring examples of visual and interaction design work;
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can easily pivot and switch contexts;
  • You can zoom out and keep helicopter-view picture in mind and zoom-in for pixel-perfect designs;
  • System and Analytical thinking;
  • Business-goal oriented, yet keeping users satisfaction as a core metric.
