Job Description

Legal Counsel für Vertragsrecht, Legal Ops und KI-Automatisierung bei deutscher IT-Beratung. Entwicklung von Legal Agents, Prozessen und Standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Help expand the Legal function in collaboration with the Operations team and develop structures, processes, and standards
  • Review, negotiate, and further develop various agreements, including IT services agreements, framework agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements (DPAs), and procurement and cooperation agreements
  • Provide support on data protection matters and implement the relevant requirements
  • Further develop contract templates, policies, and internal standards
  • Support compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives
  • Design workflows, tools, and processes for contract management, deadline monitoring, and documentation
  • Coordinate interfaces between Legal and business functions such as Sales
  • Automate and scale legal processes using modern AI technologies
  • Develop innovative Legal Agents for a range of use cases across the company

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed a degree in law or an equivalent legal qualification
  • Initial relevant professional experience in contract, IT, data protection, commercial, or compliance law
  • A hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
  • An operational mindset with a focus on structure and efficiency
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
  • Enjoyment of working with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Openness to new technologies and an interest in modern AI systems
  • Ideally, initial experience with Legal Ops, Legal Tech, Copilot, AI applications, or process automation—or a strong interest in developing further in this area
  • Willingness to challenge established processes and pursue new approaches
