Job Description
Legal Counsel supporting B2Spin’s global social casino and gaming expansion. Advising on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal risk.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and close commercial contracts, including vendor agreements and high-value partnerships
- Advise internal teams by translating complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance
- Lead legal risk management across the organisation
- Support global expansion by navigating jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements, licensing frameworks, and cross-border compliance obligations
- Oversee corporate governance, including board support, statutory filings, and record-keeping
- Manage external counsel relationships, quality, and legal spend
- Build legal capability through training, policy development, and scalable templates
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent)
- 3–5+ years post-qualification experience, including meaningful in-house exposure
- Background in tech, gaming, or a fast-paced digital business
- Broad commercial law grounding across contracts, IP, data protection, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters
- Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle while working directly with commercial and product teams
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments simultaneously
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Clear communication skills
- Solutions-first mindset, with ability to identify problems, propose fixes, and escalate when necessary
