Job Description
Legal Intern responsible for legal research and supporting corporate legal strategies. Join Iron Mountain's Global Legal team for practical experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a comprehensive 10-week rotation across various legal sub-teams, delivering research summaries and project support that impact real-world corporate legal strategies.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and senior counsel to gain practical experience in the inner workings of a global corporate legal department.
- Ensure all research and project deliverables comply with organizational standards and legal professional ethics.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Strong knowledge of legal research tools (Westlaw/LexisNexis) and general corporate law principles
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical problem-solving and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to various stakeholders
- A proactive approach to learning and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
