Job Description
Licensed therapist providing outpatient telehealth mental health care through Brave Health, expanding affordable access for Medicaid and Medicare patients. Developing treatment plans, assessing patients, and delivering remote care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely from home
- Provide care to patients across the lifespan
- Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday
- Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
Requirements:
- Master's level degree and licensure
- LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Experience with treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses when required
- Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
- Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week
Benefits:
- W2, Full-time
- $80k-$89k base salary
- Total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling 100k annually for top earners
- Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends
- Shift options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST
