Job Description
Licensed therapist providing outpatient telehealth services through Brave Health, expanding access to affordable mental healthcare. Diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and partnering with clients across the lifespan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day
- Partner with clients to achieve goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Work with patients who may have chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
- Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
Requirements:
- Master's level degree and licensure
- LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Cannot rely on temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses
- Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Experience with treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to use comprehensive assessments
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required for expansion
- Availability for 30 client care hours per week
Benefits:
- W2, Full-time
- $80k-$89k base salary
- Total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling 100k annually for top earners
- Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends
- Shift options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST

- Brave Health will cover all application and annual renewal fees for additional state licenses
