Job Description
Licensed telehealth therapist providing evidence-based evening and weekend care for Thriveworks, a clinician-led mental health company. Treating diverse clients through remote sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care
- Provide sessions in the evenings and on weekends
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Help clients achieve measurable progress
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Participate in clinical support and monthly case consultations
- Work with administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing
Requirements:
- Independently licensed and living in Washington, DC — LPC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
- Positive contributor and teammate
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
