Job Description
Local SEO Manager specializing in Google 3-Pack rankings for WindshieldHUB. Driving local brand authority through effective GBP management across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for our Google Business Profiles nationwide.
- Elevate WindshieldHUB’s local visibility and brand authority in every community we serve.
- Drive organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization.
- Reduce marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth.
- Consistently outperform local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack.
- Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance.
- Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio.
- In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive Local SEO strategies
- Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs.
