Job Description
SEO Content Creation & Admin Support Assistant supporting lead generation and content strategies. Working remotely with a focus on AI tools and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Support content creation through SEO optimization
- Assist in lead generation efforts via email outreach
- Collaborate with team on projects and tasks
- Manage documentation and organizational tasks
Requirements:
- SEO knowledge or experience
- HubSpot experience
- Email outreach or lead generation experience
- Highly reliable and task-focused. You get things done without being chased
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with AI tools for content creation
- Proactive and able to follow processes and execute
- Easygoing, positive, and a good cultural fit for a relaxed team environment
- AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Project management tools (Asana preferred)
- Basic content editing/writing skills
