SEO Content Creation & Admin Support Assistant supporting lead generation and content strategies. Working remotely with a focus on AI tools and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support content creation through SEO optimization
  • Assist in lead generation efforts via email outreach
  • Collaborate with team on projects and tasks
  • Manage documentation and organizational tasks

Requirements:

  • SEO knowledge or experience
  • HubSpot experience
  • Email outreach or lead generation experience
  • Highly reliable and task-focused. You get things done without being chased
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with AI tools for content creation
  • Proactive and able to follow processes and execute
  • Easygoing, positive, and a good cultural fit for a relaxed team environment
  • AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Basic content editing/writing skills
