Job Description
Remote Luxury Travel Experience Consultant at Pinell Studios assisting clients with travel plans and organizing travel efficiently with attention to detail and excellent communication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with coordinating travel plans and ensure efficient organization of trips
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities for personalized itineraries
- Coordinate reservations, confirm bookings, prepare documentation, and maintain organized records
- Assist clients with updates, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments before, during, and after travel
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Spain, or Australia
