Remote Luxury Travel Planning Consultant assisting clients with travel coordination and management. Focusing on research, organization, and communication for personalized travel itineraries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with coordinating and managing travel plans from start to finish
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
- Coordinate bookings, confirm reservations, and prepare documentation
- Provide ongoing client updates and support
