Job Description

Manager leading day-to-day operational execution for the Advisory practice at KSM. Overseeing engagement processes and supporting team development in a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operational execution for the Advisory practice
  • Manage and optimize engagement lifecycle processes
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve standardized tools, templates, and operating procedures
  • Monitor project status across the portfolio, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints
  • Own capacity planning and utilization tracking
  • Partner with Advisory leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate after-action reviews and operational feedback loops
  • Oversee reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Advisory support team members
  • Contribute to broader operational excellence initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
  • 5+ years in professional services, or business operations leadership
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional or multi-team operations
  • Proven leadership experience across multiple functional teams
  • Experience managing project lifecycle or workflow improvement initiatives
  • Project management; organization and time management; resource and capacity planning
  • Communication and collaboration; data tracking and reporting; process improvement
  • Coaching and feedback delivery; Microsoft Office and workflow software
