Job Description
Manager leading day-to-day operational execution for the Advisory practice at KSM. Overseeing engagement processes and supporting team development in a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operational execution for the Advisory practice
- Manage and optimize engagement lifecycle processes
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve standardized tools, templates, and operating procedures
- Monitor project status across the portfolio, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints
- Own capacity planning and utilization tracking
- Partner with Advisory leaders and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate after-action reviews and operational feedback loops
- Oversee reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility
- Supervise, coach, and develop Advisory support team members
- Contribute to broader operational excellence initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
- 5+ years in professional services, or business operations leadership
- 3+ years managing cross-functional or multi-team operations
- Proven leadership experience across multiple functional teams
- Experience managing project lifecycle or workflow improvement initiatives
- Project management; organization and time management; resource and capacity planning
- Communication and collaboration; data tracking and reporting; process improvement
- Coaching and feedback delivery; Microsoft Office and workflow software
