Job Description

DTC Marketing Manager responsible for executing direct-to-consumer marketing strategy for Omnipod in Europe. Collaborating across teams to achieve growth and effective marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

  • The DTC Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, leading and implementing the Direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategy for the Omnipod brand at regional and local levels.
  • The primary objective of this role is to build and scale the European business and deliver consistent double digit topline growth through impactful, insight-driven marketing.
  • Key duties include executing DTC strategic initiatives, developing channel and consumer propositions, creating compelling messaging, and building data-driven marketing plans and programs that drive funnel progression and support the achievement of strategic targets.
  • Marketing strategies encompass brand campaigns, channel strategies, digital and social media plans, consumer programs, community engagement and advocacy-oriented initiatives including events and partnership activities.
  • This role collaborates closely with PR, media, social agencies, manages cross-channel campaigns, oversees website/landing page optimization, supports launch readiness, and drives demand generation particularly for the AID systems category.
  • The position supports regional and country sales teams with effective resources and ensures strong alignment with global and international teams as well as functions like Legal, Medical, Customer service and clinical training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Several years of experience in consumer marketing - ideally within med tech and/or diabetes related sectors
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with forward looking perspective.
  • Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills and to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience managing agencies and non-profit organizations - Ability to influence without authority, including senior-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with complex, competitive markets preferred.
  • Significant travel required to meet partners and support regional activities.
  • Ability to understand and connect to the patient experience.
