Job Description

Manager Omnichannel Marketing leading digital marketing strategies at IGS Energy. Responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across all customer touchpoints and channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director, Brand and Product Marketing, lead the strategy, execution, and performance of core digital marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure a cohesive presence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive measurable business impact through strengthening analytics, web strategy, and results-oriented decision-making.
  • Own website strategy and marketing processes in partnership with IT, ensuring it supports business goals and performance outcomes.
  • Define success metrics, ensure reliable reporting, and continuously optimize campaigns, content, and web experiences.
  • Elevate the team’s analytical maturity and hold them accountable for outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, omni-channel strategy, or integrated campaigns, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just execution.
  • Hands-on experience leading web strategy and optimization, including prioritization, governance, and partnership with IT or engineering teams.
  • Proven track record using analytics and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and influence business decisions.
  • Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments involving Business Units, Brand/PR, and creative partners.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI or emerging technologies in digital marketing, omni-channel campaigns, or content strategy.
