Job Description
Manager of Operational Excellence driving scalability at Two Chairs. Collaborating with teams to design and implement efficient operational solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy & development of a new operations team focused on driving scalability
- Work closely with Product Development, Operations, Clinical Care, and many other teams across the business
- Identify, design & implement solutions that enable teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.
- Lead the design & successful implementation of solutions that are sustainable and efficient into operational processes.
- Oversee the build of processes that meet success criteria
- Lead a small team to support them in achieving performance goals
- Develop team members and facilitate career & development conversations
- Create & hone a functional strategy for team project identification and prioritization
- Collaborate with Product Development to align on priorities and determine where to apply tooling or process redesign
Requirements:
- Has experience in building new systems for improving operational excellence at scale
- Can use data to drive decisions & perform root cause analysis
- Has experience managing a team of individual contributors
- Can prioritize responsibilities with various stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Will collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to conduct root cause analysis, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Navigates ambiguity effectively & can prioritize across various stakeholders
- Uses data to drive decisions, develop insights, & assess success
- (nice to have) Lean Six Sigma certification
- (nice to have) Has experience working in mental health or healthcare
