Job Description

Manager of Operational Excellence driving scalability at Two Chairs. Collaborating with teams to design and implement efficient operational solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy & development of a new operations team focused on driving scalability
  • Work closely with Product Development, Operations, Clinical Care, and many other teams across the business
  • Identify, design & implement solutions that enable teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the design & successful implementation of solutions that are sustainable and efficient into operational processes.
  • Oversee the build of processes that meet success criteria
  • Lead a small team to support them in achieving performance goals
  • Develop team members and facilitate career & development conversations
  • Create & hone a functional strategy for team project identification and prioritization
  • Collaborate with Product Development to align on priorities and determine where to apply tooling or process redesign

Requirements:

  • Has experience in building new systems for improving operational excellence at scale
  • Can use data to drive decisions & perform root cause analysis
  • Has experience managing a team of individual contributors
  • Can prioritize responsibilities with various stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Will collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to conduct root cause analysis, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.
  • Navigates ambiguity effectively & can prioritize across various stakeholders
  • Uses data to drive decisions, develop insights, & assess success
  • (nice to have) Lean Six Sigma certification
  • (nice to have) Has experience working in mental health or healthcare
