Job Description
Manager leading revenue accounting team at Home Depot, ensuring customer service and continuous improvement across processes. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing team performance and development.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of associates and senior associates.
- Driving activities of the team ensuring customer service and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with project teams and off-shore business partners.
- Monitoring team's daily activities and tracking SLAs.
- Planning and executing month end/year end processes.
- Recruiting and hiring staff.
- Providing performance reviews and feedback to direct reports.
Requirements:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills
- Previous people or project team management experience
- Experience with application and implementation of difference innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired
