Job Description
Manager driving sales strategy and operations for DoorDash’s technology partner transition. Collaborating across functions to build a disciplined revenue engine in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define the annual sales vision and strategy
- Translate high-level company objectives into actionable initiatives
- Balance strategic vision with technical and operational discipline
- Run the cadence of the business, including Weekly Business Reviews
- Drive sales acceleration through implementing tooling and optimizing the sales funnel
- Lead discovery on the latest AI tools and technologies to improve sales productivity
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business consulting, analytics, sales/business planning
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent analytical thinking and SQL experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce/Excel
- Mapping complex operational workflows and diagnosing data gaps
- Architecting AI-driven solutions end-to-end
