Job Description
Engineering Manager driving impact through technical expertise at Cozey. Leading software engineering initiatives and building high-performing teams within the furniture industry.
Responsibilities:
- define and drive the technical direction for your team
- lead the execution of complex initiatives
- collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations
- proactively identify technical and operational gaps
- drive technical excellence through thoughtful code reviews
- hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers
- motivate your team with clarity, ownership, and purpose
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development and building scalable backend systems
- 2+ years of experience as a hands-on technical leader or engineering manager
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- demonstrated people leadership skills
- a passion for mentoring and growing engineers
