Job Description

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development and building scalable backend systems
- 2+ years of experience as a hands-on technical leader or engineering manager
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- demonstrated people leadership skills
- a passion for mentoring and growing engineers
