Job Description
Werkstudent Social Media für Maniko Nails, Anbieter selbstklebender Nagellack-Produkte. Erstellung von Instagram- und TikTok-Content sowie Community Management und Trendidentifikation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across organic social media channels
- Create Instagram and TikTok content, including short-form videos, Stories, and posts
- Support community management and engage with followers in the brand’s voice
- Identify relevant trends, formats, sounds, and cultural moments
- Support content shoots, product launches, and campaign activations
- Coordinate content assets, captions, and the publishing schedule
- Contribute fresh ideas to keep the brand relevant, entertaining, and culturally connected
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the role
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and their content formats
- Initial practical experience creating short-form social content
- Basic video-editing skills, e.g. in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or a comparable tool
- Confident writing short, entertaining, on-brand social copy
- Deep interest in social media, trends, and digital culture
- Creative, proactive, and full of ideas
- Strong instinct for authentic and relevant social media content
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Willingness to appear on camera
- Strong communication skills and a community-first mindset
- Fast-paced, pragmatic approach and openness to new formats
- Ideally, initial experience in social media, content creation, community management, or influencer marketing
- Ideally, basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Ideally, experience filming with a smartphone and setting up simple lighting setups
- Ideally, basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
- Ideally, prior knowledge of the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Ideally, personal experience building or managing your own social media account
- Ideally, enthusiasm for beauty and nail trends
- Ideally, a strong instinct for hooks and storytelling
- Ideally, confidence engaging with creators and the community
- Ideally, a good sense of humor and natural, approachable communication style
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
- German and English language skills
