Job Description
Freelance sales and social-media role for Harzspots, the Harz region’s digital portal. Creating viral content, generating leads, and growing regional business visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Gain practical experience in social media, AI-powered marketing, and viral content
- Contribute to an existing professional account or build another account like Harzjobs
- Create AI-assisted content
- Develop viral hooks and caption structures
- Analyze trends and apply reach-growth strategies
- Implement efficient content production processes
- Develop viral content ideas
- Create Reels, posts, and visual concepts
- Write captions and hooks
- Analyze successful content
- Support the digital growth of regional businesses
- Process leads in the CRM
- Engage entrepreneurs in the Harz region and win them as Harzspots partners
Requirements:
- Interest in social media
- Creativity
- Interest in AI and digital marketing
- Motivation to try new things
- Ideally, a connection to or enthusiasm for the Harz region
- Previous experience is not required; creativity and willingness to learn are what matter
- Work outside the internship is performed on a self-employed basis as an independent commercial agent
- No employment relationship
- Compensation is exclusively commission-based and depends on your individual effort and success
