Job Description

Marketing Analyst managing attribution systems and data analysis for a remote language education company. Driving creative strategy and funnel scaling through insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of our attribution systems: run deep audits of existing sources to troubleshoot bottlenecks; support and develop attribution models so all marketing channels are evaluated correctly.
  • Turn marketing data into clear, actionable scaling decisions.
  • Analyze traffic quality, channel performance, and unit economics.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive data-informed improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or data analyst role.
  • Deep understanding of mobile and web attribution: practical experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or Amplitude) to visualize complex data and build granular dashboards.
  • Experience in subscription-based products (web and/or mobile).
