Job Description
Remote virtual assistant managing Salesforce leads, construction data, and architectural education events for Outsource Access. Supporting architectural sales pipelines, product specifications, and architect relationship nurturing.
Responsibilities:
- Transform raw architectural data from platforms such as Dodge into qualified leads in Salesforce
- Scout construction databases for product substitution opportunities
- Prepare request forms to support inclusion of products in architectural specifications
- Manage Continuing Education and presentation logistics on platforms such as AEC Daily
- Generate QR codes and pre-registration links
- Process post-event attendance metrics
- Manage architect test-taker records
- Log engagement data in the Architect Nurture Program
Requirements:
- Hyper-focused attention to detail for flawless CRM management and seamless lead entry
- Ability to organize educational programs, attendance logs, and project timelines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Ability to investigate high-potential opportunities when standard reports are insufficient
- Proficiency with CRMs, especially Salesforce
- Experience with construction databases such as Dodge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with online data management tools
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- High-performing personal computer for remote collaboration
