Job Description

Marketing Assistant supporting digital marketing and content initiatives for brand visibility. Duties include website maintenance, content creation, SEO optimization, and marketing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and functionality
  • Create and edit marketing content including website copy, blogs, and promotional materials
  • Apply basic SEO practices to improve search visibility and optimize digital content
  • Manage marketing workflows, data, and campaign support within HubSpot
  • Track tasks, timelines, and project coordination through monday.com

Requirements:

  • Experience managing websites using WordPress
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Familiarity with monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
